- Trust is a learnable skill. Teams and organizations that operate with a high level of trust achieve greater success than those who do not foster trust at the core of their culture. During this seminar, participants will learn the thirteen behaviors of high trust and methods of how to cultivate trust within your organization.
IT’S YOUR TEAM “BUILD IT”
- Core values, mission and vision statements are the foundation of any organization. However, most organizations do not focus enough energy and resources in developing leaders. During this seminar, participants will develop a leadership model based on the organization's core values and mission. The model will be a cornerstone for the organization that is as important as the core values and mission and vision goals.
SERVICE EXCELLENCE
- Internal and external customer service programs are essential to an organization's success and growth. This unique program develops a customer service model that is based on the organization's values, mission and culture. Participants will build a program utilizing the organization's core values. A customer service program is not just about how we treat our customers or co-workers, it is about leadership, values and competencies that reflect the desired culture of the organization.
LEADING VERSUS MANAGING
- There is a distinct difference between leadership and managing. Clearly, there is a symbiotic relationship between leading and managing people. While managers can certainly lead and leaders can certainly manage, the skills required to be great at either are separate and distinct. This seminar will explore ten skills and competencies that one must exhibit to be an effective leader and or manager.
Servant Leadership
- Servant Leadership is a Leadership methodology that focuses on the followers. It is a set of behaviors that turn the traditional leadership Model upside down> Instead of the people working for the Leader, the Leader exists to serve the people.
- In this seminar, participants will learn how to change their mindset and serve first, placing the focus on transforming your people to achieve higher performance. Ten behaviors will be presented that will equip Leaders on how to inspire and influence employees
